An Allergy Free Baking book has finally arrived!
Welcome to the Allergy Free Baking website, the web site of Susan Swann who has written the book Cakes and Cookies for Children on Restricted Diets which came about because of her youngest daughter's multiple food allergies and food intolerance.
The book is full of recipes which are dairy free, gluten free, wheat free, corn free, egg free, sugar free, reduced sugar, yeast free or soya free.

- Gives an outline of the three sections of the book.
- The recipe index shows all the recipes in the book with a coded reference. These include recipes that are free from dairy, gluten, wheat, corn, egg, sugar, yeast and soya. Some recipes have reduced sugar. See below.
